1. What this is

LeadPlumb connects homeowners who need plumbing work with local, independent plumbing contractors ("pros"). We are not a plumbing company and do not perform, supervise or guarantee any plumbing work.

2. Homeowners

Submitting a request is free. It is shared with a limited number of nearby pros who serve your category and ZIP code. Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, address) are shown only to the pros your request is sent to. Pros contact you directly; LeadPlumb is not a party to any resulting agreement, quote or payment between you and a pro. You can close a request at any time from your dashboard.

3. Contractors

Pros pay a fee for each lead they receive, charged from a prepaid wallet at the moment the lead is assigned, at the price shown for that lead's urgency. Wallet funds are added by card payment and are not refundable except as store credit for an approved refund request (see below). A pro may request a refund for a specific lead within the stated window, for reasons such as a disconnected or wrong phone number, a fake request, a request outside their service area, a duplicate, the wrong type of job, or the requester being a renter rather than the property owner. Approving or declining a request is at the platform's discretion.

4. No guarantee of outcome

LeadPlumb does not guarantee that a homeowner will hire any pro, that a pro will win any job, the quality or price of any work, or that any contact information is accurate. Homeowners are responsible for vetting and choosing a contractor, including checking any license, insurance or bonding required in their area.

5. Prohibited use

No fraudulent, fake or automated requests; no harvesting contact details for purposes other than the request submitted; no attempt to bypass matching, pricing or the refund process.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
